Updates to our Terms of Service

These changes are intended to streamline the CNBC Terms and to improve your overall experience in viewing the terms that are applicable to you.

You can find the updated CNBC Terms by following this link or in the footer on cnbc.com or any page for a CNBC Service by clicking the "Terms of Service" link. Once on the "Terms of Service" page, select the link appearing in the Table of Contents applicable to your CNBC Service (for example, "CNBC Pro") which will take you to that CNBC Service's supplemental terms.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the new layout of the CNBC Terms. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact us at customercare@cnbc.com.
