Daniel: You can't consider yourself a Korean if you have never tried Korean instant ramen. In fact, there's a ramen library in Seoul with a wall full of different kinds of Korean instant noodles.

Daniel: It disappears completely, covers your skin and if people want to know the secret to great Korean skin, it starts with sunblock.

Daniel: If you've never tried soju, it's a distilled spirit. It's low in alcohol, and it mixes and hides in everything. So, it's kind of dangerous, but it's super tasty.

Daniel: Most good nights in Koreatown in New York and LA, or in Korea, end with some karaoke.

Daniel: For most Korean experiences, the gateway drug is Korean barbecue. There are some fantastic places all over the country now, so give that a try if you can.
